Volunteering

  • Young Community in NXP Semiconductors (2022-present)

I am one of the early founders of this ERG (Employee Resource Group) at NXP Semiconductors, Sophia Site, France. This community aims to help young engineers develop their careers at NXP and integrate better on the site. I organized many experience-sharing events with senior leaders to learn from their career experience and also gain insight on the different career opportunities.

  • CSR Activity in Texas Instruments (2018 – 2021)

Volunteered for the distribution of School Kits in government schools present in remote locations of Karnataka and conducted games with the aim to impart Mathematical and English language skills to the students.

  • Chudar (2016-2017)

Chudar is an NGO that aims at educating the underprivileged. I taught Maths, Science, and English to junior school students and helped in conducting fun activities.

  • Vteach (2016)

Vteach is a student initiative at VIT UNIVERSITY, Chennai where students teach English and conduct fun activities for children in government schools. I enjoyed teaching the kids basic English and experimented with new teaching methods to help them understand the English language better.

  • AID India Eureka (2015)

It was in December 2015 that Chennai experienced the worst rains in 100 years. The heavy rains led to flooding and created a loss of lives and homes. I volunteered with AID India to pack and distribute relief materials to the affected people and visited about seven majorly affected regions to distribute food and other relief materials.
